Pa Kua Chang
Pa Kua Chang is a 200 year old martial art that is founded upon a 3,000 year old system of Taoist Meditation. At its highest levels, it becomes a method of physically manifesting the patterns of change which are presented in the I Ching, or Classic Book of Changes. For health, Pa Kua offers all of the internal benefits of Tai Chi, while being aerobic exercise, which also stretches and tones the muscles. Its trade mark Palm Strikes and Circle Walking defense, along with an array of kicks, punches and throws, made Pa Kua the martial art of Beijing's elite bodyguards of the late 1800's. We teach the Original Beijing Pa Kua of  B.K. Frantzis which he learned in Beijing from Master Liu Hung Chieh; The Combined Form of Jiang Rong Qiao as taught by B.P. Chan and The Old Palm Changes of  Professor Kang Ge Wu of  Beijing Martial Arts Historian Fame, as brought to the States by Jiang Jian Yee.
