| The Wu Tang PCA studio is
located on the 3rd floor in an over hundred year old historical building
“Germania Flats” on 2nd Ave, between E. Houston and 1st Street on the lower
eastside of Manhattan, New York.
The address of the entrance
to the studio used to be 7 ½, now, it says 9. It can be recognized
by the fact that it is two doors to your right from a new Avalon Pharmacy.
When you arrive here to attend the classes, workshops, please call us at
(212) 533-1751 from your cell phone or payphone on the corners of the street.
Someone will let you in, because this location has stood here for more
than a hundred years without a doorbell. |

Since 1979 The Wu Tang PCA
has been a bastion of Traditional Chinese Internal Martial Arts in the
Lower East Side of New York City. Through its quality courses in
Ba Gua Zhang, Tai Chi Chuan, Hsing I Chuan, Weapons, Qi Gong and Meditation,
the Association trains its students to improved health and increased performance
levels and an enriched understanding of the philosophy of life. Also
available to students is Sifu Frank Allen, the director’s own unique blending
of Eastern and Western martial arts with the “Fighting
for Health System” and for life in general with the philosophy of “Celtic
Taoism”.
Our tradition is to the teach
Traditional Chinese Internal Martial Arts of Tai Ji Quan, Ba Gua Zhang,
and Xing Yi Quan. We specifically offer teaching in Classical Northern
Wu Style Tai Ji Quan, Traditional Cheng Style Ba Gua Zhang, and He Bei
Xing Yi Quan, all in the classical way of training with forms, weapons,
energy cultivations, push hands, rou shou, and fighting applications.
In addition, we offer the fun of sparring and Boxing are here twice a week!
We are also pleased to offer
the Classical Medical Qi Gong sets of “Five Animal Frolics’’, “Spinal Qi
Gong”, “Opening the Energy Gates” and “Earth Energy Qi Gong for Women”

well as Taoist Meditation.
Our annual trip to study
with the most skillful and respected Grandmasters of the Internal Martial
Arts in Beijing is always a highlight of the year!
