In seven years with the Federal Computer Performance Evaluation and Simulation Center (FEDSIM), Terri saved the government over two billion dollars and recieved the Air Force's Organizational Excellence Award twice. In thirteen years on Wall Street, Terri has specialized in designing, implementing and managing Capacity Planning and Performance Management Systems that are closely integrated with an organization's other systems management applications including as Change Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management and Financial Systems. Terri developed a 'just in time' system for deploying and upgrading DP Resources that by optimally exploiting the Investment Tax Credit allowed Morgan Stanley to earn 30% after taxes on major capital investments. For eleven years at J. P. Morgan, Terri's system has not only accurately predicted application growth and economically deployed the most appropriate resources, but has also allowed major budgeted capital expenditures to be delayed two to five quarters without degrading service below acceptable criteria whenever business conditions dictated tight budgets. Besides his curiosity in how the human body and mind work, Terri has been motivated in his study of Taoist Technology by the stress around him on Wall Street. After a short hiatus from practice, Terri recognized the deleterious effects of this stress on his own health. Since then he has used Tai Chi, Pa Kua Chang and Chi Kung to regulate the effects of stress on himself, and the wisdom of the Taoist Classics like Sun Tzu's 'Art of War' and Lao Tzu's 'Tao Te Ching' to to reduce and alleviated stress generating conditions and situations for everyone in the workplace.
